RESOLUTION NO. 79- 79 °
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Cam~aission,-
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published -
at least fifteen (15)-.days prior to said hearing and all owners of _
property within 300 feet. were notified by mail of said healing, has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County 1`
that the hereinafter described requests-for changes in zoning
classification be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
on August-28, 1979 after publishing a notice of said hearing in the

News Tribune on August 13, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by -the Board of County Commis-
sinners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 28th -
day-of August, 1979 as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described-property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: _
The north 85 feet of the west 140 feet of the
east-540.1 feet of Lot #183 Maravilla Gardens as
per Plat Book 6 at page 62 of the public records
of St, Lucie County, Florida - - _
owned by EARL V. EBNER, be and the same is hereby changed-from R-SMA
(Mobile Home Park) to B-4 (general business). =
2. That~the zoning of the following described property in St.

° Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: - -
The.east 400 feet of Lot #181 EXCEPT the-north
200 feet thereof-of Unit 3 of Maravilla Gardens
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6 at page
62 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida

owned by EARL V. EBNER, be and the same is hereby changed from
R-5MH (Mobile Home Park) to B-3 (arterial business). - - ~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St.-Lucie
County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to be (
made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County as set out
above and to make notation thereof of reference to the date of
