Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared '
FRANK H. FEE, III, who being first duly sworn by-me, says on -
oath that he ia_attorney and agent in this behalf for lienor

pursuant to payment of $5,344.14 by owners, ROCCO VOLONINO and _
ROSE VOLONINO, his wife, pursuant to oral contracts now fully_
executed with FRANK DETHOMAS, JR., 371 Midway Road, Fort Pierce, -
Florida 3345U, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction and release of its Claim of Lien filed
- upon the following real property located in St.-Lucie County,
Florida, described as: -
Lot 11, Block 246, PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION SIX, as per plat thereof .
recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages -
- - 36A through 36D, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida: -
which Claim of Lien was filed in O.R. Book 298, Page 2386, on
November 29, 1978.
- This Satisfaction of Claim of Lien in no *aay shall be construed
as nor is it intended by the parties to be a satisfaction of any _
_ debt. owed between FRANK DETHOMAS, JR., contractor and EAST COAST
LUMBER ~ SUPPLY COMPANY for construction-materials provided to
owners. _ -
