NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Complaint has been filed in
the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in~and for St. Lucie county, Florida, -
on the ~ day of 1979, by the Plaintiff herein,
MEREDITH G. KETTLEWE , against the Defendants, WILLIAM J. DENLER II, -
and JON H. BERKEY, Individually and as Co-Trustees, and all parties
f
claiming interests by, through, under or against the named Defendants,
William J. Denler II and Jon H. Berkey, Individually and as Co-Trustees,
and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest
in the real property, herein described.
The real property involved in this action in St. Lucie
County, Florida is described as follows, to wit:
The North 829.30 feet of the following described
property:
The North 3000 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3,-4, 5 and 6,
Section 32, Township 35 South, Range 41 East, the
same being a strip of land 3000 feet measured from
North to South extending from the North line of
Section 32 and bounded on the East by the Atlantic
Ocean and on the West by the Indian River, the South
line of said tract being bounded by a line parallel_
to and 3000 feet South of the North boundary line
' of said Section 32, together with all littoral and
riparian rights appertaining to the Atlantic Ocean
• and the Indian River;
Less and excepting therefrom the North 100 feet of
the above described property which lies East of the _
East right-of-way line of State Road A-1-A, Section
94050-2107, according to the right-of-way-map of
