Lucie County, Florida, is~described as follows: The North 829.30 feet of the following described property : The North 3000 feet of Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, Section - 32, Township 35 South, Range-41 East, the same-being a strip of land 3000 feet measured fran~North to South extending from the North line of Section 32 and bounded on the East by the Atlantic Ocean and on the West by the Indian River, the South line of said tract being bounded by a line parallel to and 3000 feet South of the North boundary line of said Section 32, together with all littoral and riparian rights appertaining to the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. Less and excepting therefrom the North 100 feet of the above described property which lies East of the East right-of-way line of State Road A-1-A, Section 94050- _ 2107, according to the right-of-way map of said road recorded in Map Book 1, pages 33 and 34, of the Public - Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
