Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above

The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of ~ •
land and personalty-7.ocated thereon, situate, lying and being in -
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 13, in Block 4, of IRENE PLAZA, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Sage-33, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with she improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures
. and equipment contained therein, replacements thereof
and additions thereto.
The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
.certain mortgage given by ANNIE L. GALLOWAY, an unmarried woman
to the Plaintiff (s) , recorded in O.R. Book 256/1345
in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the-decreeing of a sale
of said property under the d?rection of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
