successors in office, in the sum of Eighteen thousand and five hundred
Dollars (S 18.500.00 ) for the payment of which
we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs,. personal representatives,
successors and assigns, jointly and severally, by these presents.
THE CONDITION OF THIS BOND IS, that if WILLIAM CLARK TROY,
who has been appointed guardian of the person and property of
JOHN RICHARD SWILLING, incompetent, shall perform-faithfully all
duties as such guardian according to law, then this bond will be
void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
