PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate; alleges: - _
1. The decedent,- Keith B. Ridgway a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida died on February 28, 1979 and Letters of Administra-
tion were i-sued to Petitioner on March 21, 1979. -
2. Petitioner filed herewith a final accounting containing
a complete report of-all receipts and disbursements sinoe the com- -
mencement of administration of this estate. _
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment of all claims and debts that were presented and by making
provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.

4. The amount of compensation paid to the attorneys is set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed the required estate tax return
with the Department of Revenue of_the State of Florida and has _
obtained and filed with this court a-Non-taxable Certificate and
Receipt for Estate Tax No. E 4.1955. -
6. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets
of-this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner having an
interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:
