This cause has been considered by this court-upon the Petition-
of First National Bank of Fort Pierce, Personal-Representative of the
above estate, and the court having determined that it is in the best
interest of the estate that certain assets of the estate be sold in
order to provide funds for the payment of taxes and debts in the
domiciliary estate and to facilitate distribution,-that the best
-
interest of the estate will be served by a sale of property at a
private sale and that the sale should be in accordance with the
.Contract for Sale attached to the Petition for Order Authorizing
Sale, it is _ _ - -
ADJUDGED that Petitioner, as Personal Representative of the
above estate of Nellie Muckenthaler, is authorized-to sell the following
described real property to Strazzulla Brothers Company, Inc., pursuant
to the signed contract, a copy of which is attached hereto:
The South 1/2 of Section 29 excepting the _
East 2030 feet thereof containing 200.51
acres all in Township 37 South., Range 39 -
- East, also described as all of Block 3
of-the plat of Alan Wilson Groves. LESS
AND EXCEPTING an 8/100th interest previously -
conveyed to Richaxd Muckenthaier, and further
subject to the rights of William Parker, M.D.,
under. an unrecorded agreement to an undivided
- 1/16th interest. Together with rights and
privileges of mer~ership in the St. Lucie
Mutual Water Company for 201 acres. -
