shall ba paid by Sallar prior to or at closing.

maintenance from July 2nd, 1979. _In the sweat this transaction does not -
close by reason of any titlt defects t+hich cannot be cured by Seller .

for marketing prior to closing, then Buyer shall have the right to sell ~

Buyer until closing. In the event this transaction does not close for any

over to Seller. _
