Representative of the Estate of -Nellie Muckenthaler, Richard Leroy
tSuckr~:thaler- and ~lilliam T. Parker, M.D., as sellers, and Strazzulla
Brothers Company, Inc . , as buyer, hereby agree as fo71 ows_: -

1. That the -Deposit Receipt and Contract for ;Sale and Purchase
dated July 2, 1979, a complete copy of which is attached hereto, is
amended as follows:
_ (a) The Sellers of the subject property 'and their
presp~ctive interests are as follows: _
(1) Richard Muckenthaler - .08 interest;
(2) killiam T. Parker, t;.D..- 1/16 eQuitable interest;
(3) Estate of Nellie Muckenthaler - above described
real estate subject to the interests of P.ichard Muckenthaler and William T.
Parker, T4. D. _
(b) In addition to the real property, the subject matter
of the sale shall include the stock in the St. Lucie tfutual Water Company
for 201 acres, which is presently registered in~ the name of Nellie Muckenthaler.
This stork shall be~transferred to buyer at closing for no additional consideration.
(c) That.the_sale of the above real estate and stock in-St. Lucie
tSutual {;ater~Company is contingent upon the approval ~f the sale by ttie
Probate Court in the Estate of Nellie Muckenthaler (Case tio. 79-102 CP, _
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County. Florida).
2. That the terms of the Deposit Receipt and Contract for
Sale and Purchase dated July 2, 1979, as amended above are hereby ratified
