SALE AND PURCHASE DATED JULY 2, 1979
Re: The South 1/2 of Section 29, excepting the
East 2030 feet thereof containing 200.51 -

to the-Plat thereof, as recorded in Piat
Book 12, at pales 50 b 50A of the Public
Records of St. Lucie-County, Florida. ~
Above land tying and being in St. Lucie - - _
- County, Florida.
- First National Bank of sort Pierce, as ancillary Personal
Representative of the Estate of Nellie Muckenthater, Richard Leroy
Muckenthater and William T. Parker, M.D., as sellers, and Strazzulla -
Brothers Company, Inc., as buyer, hereby agree as follows:
1. That the Deposit Receipt and Contract for Sale and Purchase
dated-July 2,-1979, a complete copy of which is attached hereto, is _
amended as follows:
(a) The Sellers of the subject property and their
prospective interests are as follows: ~ -
(i) Richard Muckenthater - .08 interest;
(2) William T. Parker, t~.D. - 1/16 equitable interest; -
(3) Estate of Nellie Nuckenthaler - above described
real estate subject to the interests of Richard :iuckenthaler and William T.
Parker, M.O. -
(b) In addition to the real property, the subject matter
of the sale shall include the stock in the St. Lucie 1•tutual Water Company
for 201 acres, which is presently registered in the name of Nellie t!uckenthaler.
This stock shall be transferred to buyer at closing for no additional consideration.
That the sale of the above real estate and stock in St. Lucie -
I~utual !Water Company is contingent upon the approval of the sate by the
Probate Court in the Estate of Nellie 14uckenthaler (Case No. 79-102 CP,
Circuit Court. St. Lucie County, fiorida?.
2. That the terms of the Deposit Receipt and Contract for
Sale and Purchase dated July 2. 1979, as amended above are hereby ratified
