the Boston and Florida Atlantic Coast Land_Company's Subdivision of said Section 24,
as per Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 32, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. EXCEP'T`ING therefrom the following: From the Northwest corner
of the Southwest, of Section 24, run East 25 feet to the East right-of-way of Kings
Highway;-thence South 25 feet to the South-right-of-way of Andrew's Avenue, for the
Point of Begiruiing; continue South along said East right-of-way of King's Highway,
a distance of 616 feet; thence run East along the centerline of an existing ditch
a distance of 352.81 feet, thence.-run North parallel to King's Highway a distance
of 617.33 feet to the South right-of-way of Andrew's Avenue, thence run West along
said right-of=way a distance of 352.81 feet to the East right-of-way of Ding's
' Highway and the Point of Beginning; also EXCEPTING all rights-of-way for drainage
canals and public roads.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPTING: Beginning at the point of intersection with the East
right-of-way of King's Highway and the point of intersection with the Southwest
corner of the North 38 feet of the Southwest of the Southwest of Section 24,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, for the Point of
Beginning; thence run North along the East right-of-way of King's Highway, 200 feet
to a point; thence East parallel to the South boundary hereafter called, a distance
_ of 230 feet ro a point; thence South parallel to the East right-of-way of King's
Highway, a distance of 200 feet to a-point on intersection with the South boundary
of the North 38-feet of the Southwest of the Southwest of Section 24, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, thence West along said South boundary line to the Point
of Beginning.
