- SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE -
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:- That We, DONAL:?
_KEITH WILSON and MERRILL ALLEN-WILSON, the owners and holders of
a certain mortgage deed executed by ORVIS E. COURSEY and ALICE
M. COURSEY, his wife, to DONALD KEITH WILSON and MERRILL ALLEN
WILSON bearing date the 10th-day of February, A.D., 1970,-
recorded in Official Records Book 182, page 2696, in the office -
,of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of
jFlorida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of Nine
!Thousand and No/100 ($9,000..00) dollars, and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the pro-
perty situate in said State and County `described as follows,
to-wit: -

Lot 15 and the North one-half of Lot 16, Block -
1, KILLER'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 3, page 43, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
,hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of-said note
land mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
~~hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the
~ same of record.
