KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the caws of the United States of America, the owner of ~ certain mortgage given by
JAY A. ;AMPLE and FRANCES R. SAMPLE, his wife
- dared October 3, 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 295 on page
2791 securing the payment of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100------------------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and Both hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the. premises described therein, and loth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
