Received this Order of Final Judgement on the 5th day September
1979 and the same was executed as to Paragraph 2 of Page 2 on
-the 14th day of September 1979 by turning over°to Paul .Julio DePoo
at the-Fort Pierce City Marina.the vessel described herein known
as "Sea Lady II" and further releasing to the__said Paul Julio
DePoo all equigment described herein that had.beep-removed from
the vessel. for safe keeping by the St Lucis County Sheriffs
Department with the exception of 4 fire extin~7uishers~~which -
were released -later the same date to Herman $unu~efl~3.a.~ ~ ~ Signed
receigts for the vessel as well as all equipment are on file with
the DetectivefBureau of the St .Lucie County Sheriffs Department.
