the Court having reviewed the Motion of the Plaintiff to Tax Costs
and the Motion of the Defendant for Re-Hearing, it is the opinion of
the Court as-follows: -
1. That the Motion for Re-Hearing filed by the Defendant, -
CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, should be,and the same is hereby denied. -
2. That the Motion to Tax Costs filed by the Plaintiff,
SANDPIPER BAY, INC., should be, and the same is hereby granted, and
the casts herein are taxed in favor of the Plaintiff and against the
