MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
The Wife, BETTY BEATRICE DANIELS, by and through her
undersigned attorney, moves the Court for a judgment by default in
the above-entitled cause, and shows that_the Petition For Di,ssolu- -
tion Of Marriage was filed in this Court on the 17th day of August
1979; that the summons and petition were duly served upon the Hus- -
band, GODFREY P. DANIELS, JR., on the"23rd day of August,-1979;
that no responsive pleading nor appearance has been filed thereto
by the Husband, GODFREY P. DANIELS; that an Amended Petition For
Dissolution Of Marriage was filed herein on the 21st day of
August, 1979; that said amended petition was duly served upon the
Husband, GODFREY P. DANIELS, on the 23rd day of August, 1979; tha
no answer or other defensive pleading has been served or filed by
the Husband, GODFREY P. DANIELS; and that the Husband, GODFREY P.
- DANIELS, is not in the military service and that he is sni j~ris.
WHEREFORE, the Wife, BETTY BEATRICE DANIELS, moves the
Court. to make and enter a default judgment herein against the
