DISSOLU?'IOA-OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 11th day of
September, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
-given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the aubject matter of the -
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife-now exists between the
- parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
- dissolved. It is thereupon - - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - ~ - -
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between-THOMAS L. ANDERSON,
Husband, and BARBARA W. ANDERSON, Wife, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
- the obligations arising therefrom -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child of the parties shall-
be with the Wife under the terms set forth in-the Property Settlement
Agreement filed herein.-
3. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The terms of the Property
Settlement Agreement-filed in this action and received into evidence-by
the Court shall be and they are hereby incorporated by reference.
