THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 19th day of

September, 1979, upon the Plaintiff's Complaint for Annulment of
Marriage and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the
witnesses, and upon the pleadings filed herein, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction-of the parties and the, subject matter ~
of this suit; and-that the purported Husband, DWIGHT BRADLEY, JR.,
was legally married fo another I+erson at the time of the ceremony_
between the Plaintiff and himself, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. ANfNUI~NT. The purported -marriage between the Plaintiff ,
IRENE BRADLEY, and the Defendant, DWIGHT BRADLEY, JR., be and the same
is hereby annulled ab initio. _
2. CHANGE OF NAME. The Plaintiff's name shall be and it
is hereby restored to- IRENE DURDEN and she shall henceforth be known
by that name.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
on this q~~ day of September, 1979.
