ORDER
_ This cause coming on before the court after due notice
on the petition of PAUL PALMERI for modification, and the
parties being represented by their respective counsel,
and _
IT APPEARING there has been a substantial change of
circumstances in that since the final judgment was entered
in this cause on-August 3, 1972; the_Husb$nd has retired
and is nnw living solely upon social security benefits,
and the court having heard argument of counsel and being
otherwise fully-advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the present weekly payments

of $25.00 shall continue through September, 1979.

'I Commencing October 1, 1979, PAUL PALMERI shall pay to -
JOSEPHINE CASCIO PALMERI the sum of $70:00 each and every
month for the support of the Wife. - -
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
on or before the 10th of each month and by the Clerk remitted
promgtly to JOSEPHINE CASCIO PALMERI. In addition, there
is hereby accessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this order is in effect..
