FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for-Final Hearing on the 16th day
of July, 1979, and the Court having considered the--Petition,-the
Waiver of Service and Answer, the written Separation And Property
Settlement Agreement between the parties hereto, executed and ack-
nowledged by them which was introduced into evidence and the Court-
having heard the testimony of the Wife and other witnesses, and the
Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds and determines.
that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
~ matter of this suit; that the relationship of Husband and Wife now
exists between--the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, and it is, upon ,
consideration thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between _
DENNIS J. KILEY and ELIZABETH RILEY, be, and the same is hereby.
dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties, and each of them, are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom. -
