control-of the minor child of the parties hereto, to-wit: DENNIS
STEVEN RILEY, sea, age years, be, and it is hereby granted to
the Wife, ELISABETH KILEY, and the Husband, DENNIS J. KILEY,-is
hereby granted reasonable visitation rights with said minor child.
3. SEPARATION AGREEMENT: That the Separation Agreement
heretofore entered into between the parties to this cause on the
7th day of June, A.D. 1979, settling and adjusting forever all
rights of child custody, child support and maintenance, alimony,
property rights. and all other rights arising out ^of the marriage
relationship of the parties, marked herein in evidence, be, and
it is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified, and incor-
porated into and made a part of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of•
Marriage, and each of the parties to this cause is hereby ordered
to fully comply-with each and-every provision, tens and condition
thereof. -
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: .That the Husband and the Wife are
hereby enjoined-and restrained-from abusing, assaulting, battering, ,
molesting or otherwise annoying one another and the Husband-is ordered
not to enter-upon the premises of the residence of the Wife except
to exercise his visitation rights as set forth in the Separation
And. Property Settlement Agreement and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie
County is ordered to enforce this Restraining Or-der without further

order of this Court and to take the party violating this Restraining
Order into custody. - -
- 5. PAYMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT AND ALIMONY: The paytaent of
child support payments of $25.00 per week required to be made by
the Husband in the Separation And Property Settlement Agreement
shall be made by the Husband by making said payments to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for
Saint Lucie County, Florida, and the Husband shall pay in addition
to said pa ents of child su ort the sum of Two 2.00 Dollars

as the statutory fee with each payment to the Clerk. The Husband
shall pay said sums to the Clerk by cash, money_ order, certified check
