or cashiers-check. Upon receiving and administering the ~~ayments,
the-Clerk shall forthwith transmit said payments to the Wife at her
address o£ Route 1, Box 124 Fort Pierce, Florida; 33450,
or at such other address as the Wife may provide t4 the Clerk. Both
the Husband and Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Caut
advised of their mailing and residence address at all times.
6. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS OF SUIT: That the Husband,
DENNIS-J. RILEY, has agreed to pay the sum of $472.50 as his share of
the Wife's attorney's-fee and costs, and DENNIS J. RILEY, be,~ and is
hereby.or_dered to pay said sum of $472.50 to BRAD CULVERH~SUSE, Attorney
at Law, Chartered within thirty (30) days of the date of the rendition ,
- of this Final Judgment of Dissolution Of Marriage.
7. RENTENTION OF JURISDICTION: That this Court hereby
retains jurisdiction of the above styled cause and of each of the
parties hereto for the purpose of entering such further orders, _
judgments, process or other instruments deemed necessary and proper
to fully and continually enforce this Final Judgment Dissolution Of
Marriage and-the provisions, terms and conditions of said Separation
And Property Settlement Agreement which is made a Bart of this
