FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- THIS CAUSE-came on for trial before the Court on the 16th
day of July, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to
the pleadings and all of the evidence and having heard the testimony
of witnesses, and an Affidavit pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody
Act. having been received into evidence and the Court finding that a
Default was duly and properly entered against the Husband, LAWRENCE
F. HONCHELL, and the Court further finding and determining: That
.this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
t suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved; that the Wife is a fit and proper- _ _
person to have custody of the minor child of the parties; that the
Husband has the ability to pay child support and that the Wife is in
need of child support for the minor-child; that there was one child
born as issue of the marriage between LAWRENCE F. HONCHALL, Husband,
and DEBRA K. HONCHELL, Wife, to wit: AUDRA MARIE HONCHELL, age-
Four (4) years; and that the Wife, DEBRA R. HONCHELL, does possess
a special equity in the undivided one-half ownership interest
of the Husband, LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, in the home and real property
' owned by the parties as tenants by the entirety, and the Court being
. otherwise-fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: -
