1. That the marriage between LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL,
Husband, and DEBRA R. HONCHELL, Wife, be, and the same is hereby
ordered dissolved a vinculo and the parties and each of them, be,
and are hereby ordered forever freed from the bonds of matrimony -
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. That LAWRENCE F. HONCHSLL-and D8B$A R. HONCHELL, be,
and are hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from interfering
with, assaulting, abusing, harassing, battering, or otherwise
molesting or interfering with one another. -The Husband, LAWRENCE
F. HONCHSLL, be, and is_hereby further ordered enjoined and restrained
from going to the residence of the Wife and minor child except at
such times as to exercise his rights to visitation with said minor _
child as are set forth in -this Final Judgment and the Sheriff of
Saint Lucie County or his authorized deputies and the several
Sheriffs of the State of Fllorida or their authorized deputies, re,
and are hereby ordered to enforce this restraining order and-to take _
the party violating this restraining order into custody-and to- I
incarcerate said party without further order of this Court.

~ 3. That the exclusive use, custody, possession and owner-
ship of all furnishings, appliances, utensils, and other household
items, located in the marital dwelling located at 142 South Entrada
Avenue,_Port Saint Lucie, Florida, be, and are hereby ordered
awarded tb the Wife, DEBRA K'. HONCHE~L.
4. That the Wife, DEBRA K. HONCHELL, is a fit-and proper
person to have the permanent custody,-care and control of the minor
child of the parties, to-wit: AUDRA MARIE HONCHELL, age four ~(4)
years, and the permanent care_and custody of 'said minor child, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife, DEBRA R. HONCHELL, with
reasonable rights of visitation for the Husband.
5. That the Wife, DEBRA K. HONCHELL, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded child support in the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars
