LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, be, and is hereby ordered, to pay the sum
of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per week as child support to the Wife,
DEBRA R. HONCHELL,-beginninq on Friday, the 14th day of September,
1979, and on the Friday of each week thereafter until such time
as said child has obtained the age of eighteen (18) years, marries
or dies, whichever first occurs. The Husband,_LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, -
be, and is hereby further ordered to make said payments in cash,
certified check, ca"skier's check or money order to the Wife, by
making said payments in said manner to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie -
County, Florida, and the Husband, LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, be, and is
hereby further ordered to pay to the Clerk with each of said pay-
ments the statutory fee of Two ($2.00) Dollars and the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Saint -
Lucie County, be, and is hereby ordered to promgtly transmit said
payments to the Wife, DEBRA R. HONCHELL, at her address of 142
G South Entrada Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida,-33452. That the
Husband, LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, be, and is hereby ordered to pay
as additional child support for the support of the minor child
all of_the reasonable medical, hospitalization, dental, orthodon-
tical-and educational expenses of said minor child until she
reaches the.age of eighteen (18) years, marries or dies, which-
ever first occurs.
6. That the Wife, DEBRA R. HONCHELL, be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable attorney's fees in the sum of
Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars, and the Wife, DEBRA R. HONCHELL,
is also awarded costs of suit in the amount of Forty Five ($45.00)
Dollars, and the Husband,_LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, be, and is hereby
ordered to gay as his share of the Wife's attorney fees the total -
amount of said costs and fees of Four Hundred Forty Five ($445.00)
Dollars to the attorney for the Wife, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney
