convey and assign the real property, furnishings, fixtures and
equipment located in it by a good and sufficient warranty deed
- and bill of sale-subject to mortgages of record within fifteen
(15) days from the date of this judgment, and if LAWRENCE F.
9NCHELL fails to so execute and deliver the warranty deed and _
bill of sale within that period of time, then this judgment shall
act as a conveyance to DEBRA R. HONCHELL of the real property,
the furnishings, fixtures and equipment located in it, effective
on the sixteenth (16th) day from the date of this judgment.
_ 9. This Court expressly retains jurisdiction of the
Parties and of the subject matter to enter such further orders as
this Court may deem just and equitable.
