FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the Court on the 24th day of May, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to - the pleadings and all of the evidence and having heard-the testimony of witnesses, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction - of the parties and subject matter of this-suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; that the Wife is a fit and proper person to have custody of the five minor children of the parties; that the Husband has the ability to pay child support and that_the Wife is in need of child support for ~ the minor children; that there were five children born as issue of -the marriage between PAUL, S.--NEUBERGER and JUDITH M: NEUBERGER, to- wit: RICHARD EUGENE NEUBERGER, age fifteen (15) years, KELLY JEAN NEUBERGER, age fourteen (14) years, DAVID ALLAN NEUBERGER, age ten (10) years, TRACY LEIGH NEUBERGER, age five-(5) years and JUSTIN - MATTHEW NEUBERGER, age six (6) months; That the Husband PAUL S. NEUBERGER has filed a sworn pleading-entitled "RECEIPT OF AMENDED- PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE, ANSWER AND WAIVER OF NOTICE" wherein he states that he-has received a copy of the Amended Petition ~ _ ( For Dissolution Of Marriage dated May 22, 1979, and wherein he ans- wers the Amended Petition and admits the truth of all of the allegations contained in the Amended Petition and wherein he expressly waives notice of all further proceedings and waives his rights to notice of, and to be present at, the Final Hearing; that the Court having received the ~3i~ P~ f~9
