"Receipt of Amended Petition For Dissolution Of Marriage, Answer
and Waiver of Notice" into evidence; and the Court also receiving
into evidence a xerox copy of the Driver's License of the Husband
containing an exemplar of the Husband's signature; and the Court
further finding from the testimony presented that the signature
,contained on the Receipt of Amended Petition For Dissolution Of
Marriage, Answer and Waiver of Notice is the signature of PAUL S.
NEUBERGER, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises,-it is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:.
1. That the marriage between PAOL S. NEUBERGER, Husband,
and. JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, Wife, be, and the same is hereby ordered -
dissolved a vinculo and the parties and each of them, be, and are
hereby ordered forever freed from-the bonds of matrimony heretofore
.existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. _That PAUL S. NEUBERGER and JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, be,
and are hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from interfering with,-
assaulting, abusing, harassing, battering, or otherwise molesting
or interfering with one another. The Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER,
be, and is hereby further ordered enjoined and restrained from going R
to the residence of the Wife and minor children except at such times
as to exercise his rights to visitation with said minor children as
are set forth in this Final Judgment and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie
County or his authorized deputies and the several Sheriffs of the
State of Florida or their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby
ordered to enforce this restraining order and to-take the party
violating this restraining order into custody and to incarcerate said
party without further order of this Court.
~ 3. That the exclusive use, custody, possession and owner-
ship of all furnishings, appliances, utensils, and other household -
items, be, and are hereby ordered awarded to the Wife, JUDITH M.
~ NEUBERGER.
4. That the Wife, JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, is a fit and proper
