person to have permanent, custody, care and control of the minor
children of the parties, to-wit: RICHARD EUGENE NEUBSRGER, age 15
years, KELLY JEAN NEUBSRGER, age 14 years, DAVID ALLAN NEUBSRGER,
aqe 10 years, TRACY LEIGH NEUBERGER, age 5 years and JUSTIN
MATTHEW NEUBSRGER, age 6 months and the permanent care and custody
of-said five minor children, be, and is hereby ordered awarded to
the Wife, JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, with reasonable rights of visitation ~
to the Husband as set forth in this Final Judgment. It is further
ordered that the Husband, upon one weeks prior notice to the Wife,
may visit with the minor children at such places as the Wife may
designate from 2 o'clock to 6 o'clock on Sunday afternoons and at
such other times and places as the Husband and Wife may agree to.
- 5. That the Wife, JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded child support in the sum of Eighty ($80.00) Dollars--
per week for the support of the five minor children and the Husband,
PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby ordered to pay the sum of Eighty
($80.00) Dollars per week as child support to the Wife, JUDITH M.
NEUBERGER, beginning on Friday, May 25, 1979, and~on the Friday of
each week thereafter until such time as the last of said children
have obtained the age of eighteen (18) years, marry or dies-which-

ever first occurs. The Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is
hereby further ordered_to make said payments in cash, certified
check, cashier's check or money order to the Wife, by making said
payments in said manner to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nine-
teenth Judicial Circuit in and -for St. Lucie County, Florida, and the
Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby_further ordered to pay
to the Clerk with each of said payments the statutory fee of Two_($2.00)
Dollars and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, be, and is hereby
ordered to promptly transmit said payments to the Wife, JUDITH M.
NEUBERGER, at her address of 124 Alma Court, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450. That the Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby ordered
to pay as additional child support for the support of the minor
children all of the reasonable medical, hospitalization, dental,
