orthodontical and educational expenses~of said minor children until
they reach the .age of eighteen (18) years, are married, or die, which-
' ever first occurs.
6. That the Wife, JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded reasonable attorney's_fees_in the sum of $600.00
and the Wife, JUDITH M. NEUBERGER, is also awarded costs of suit in _
._the amount of $45.00 and the Husband, PAUL S. NSUBERGER, be, and is
hereby ordered to-pay the total amount of said costs and\fees to the
attorney for the Wife, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire,-within thirty (30)
days from the date of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage,
by paying-said money to said attorney at his office located at 300
South Sixth Street, Suite 200, First National Bank Building, Fort
Pierce, Florida, or by mailing same to said attorney at his post office
address_of Post Office Box 4392, Fort Pierce, Florida,--33450.
- 7. That this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage, be,
and_is hereby ordered not to relieve the Husband of his obligations to
have paid temporary child support, attorney's fees and costs, and any
other items which the Husband, PAUL S: NEUBERGER, was ordered to pay
for in this Court's Order rendered on July 7, 1978, and it be, and is
hereby specifically ordered that this Final Judgment shall not act to
supercede said Order so that if the Husband does not comply with the
provisions in said order., the Husband,_may not use this Final Judgment
as a defense in any action to hold the Ausband_in contempt for-non-
t compliance with said order. It be and is hereby further ordered that
the attorney's fee of $600.00 and costs of $45.00 do include the
temporary attorney's fees and costs previously awarded by this Court. -
8. This Court expressly retains jurisdiction of the parties
and of the subject matter to enter such further orders as this Court
may deem just and equitable.
