O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 19th dam of September,
1979, upon the Motion of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,_
to withdraw as the attorney for PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS, the Wife, and
the Court having examined the Motion and finding that tiiere was no ob-
jection to the Motion, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises+ it is thereupon _ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
~ 1. That the Motion of BRAD CUL`TERHOUSE, Attorney at Law,
~ Chartered, to withdraw as the attorney fcr PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS, be,
and is hereby. ordered granted, and it be, and is hereby further ordered
~ that PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS shall have a period of-fifteen (15) days
from and after the date of the rendition of this Order within which to
obtain the services of another attorney and to have said attorney to
file a Notice Of Appearance in this action on her behalf. And it be,
and is hereby further ordered that upon the signing and filing of this
Order, that BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, shall no longer
be the attorney for PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS.
