the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgaga given by 2~ieholas C. Spatafpra anii
Angela Spatafora, his wife dated tJrnrember 30th l9 66 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 160 on page

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk ~f the Circut Court of the aforesaid .County to
cancel the same of record. .
