1. Grower. in consideration of the paymenu roceivod and to be received pursuant to this contract, agrees to sell to Buyer all early,
midseason and Valencia oranges of good, whokaome. merrhantsbk and marketable quality. from the following specified grovex _
250,000 boxes combination of HA1rQ.IN and PINBAPPLS ORANGBS and _ - _
250,000 boxes of VALBNCIA ORANGBS of the 1979-1980 season.
For further information see ADDBNDUM~attached.
This agreement is for the 1979-1980 season only.

` 2. No knit h+om any of these specified groves is to be sold or delivered by Grower to anyooc other than Buyer without Buyer's written
permission. This contract is to be a lien open the fruit produced in the above groves. irtespective of any subsequent transfer of title to them. In
