ADDBNDUM
ADDBNDUM to Contract #R-988-11, dated August 22, 1979, between
TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC., and ST. LUCIE PACRZNG COMPANY, INC.
Where this ADDENDUM may be inconsistent with the printed .portion of
the contract, the terms of the ADDENDUM shall prevail: -
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of the contract, Tropicana - -
Products, Inc .'s participation price paid to Seller will be as
computed in the contract, but will not be less than ninety-five
($.95) cents per pound solids in the 1979-1980 season, upon
delivery of that fruit to Tropicana's plant, less applicable
taxes and any other authorized deductions.
2. It is also understood that the prices set forth above are
guaranteed prices far the year indicated. The participation
final payoff on this contract will be equal to the minimum -
amount paid to the growers in F.O.M., and the final payment
of this contract will be made when the final figures for F.O.M_:
are availab3e. -
3. It is further agreed that Tropicana Products, Inc .'s HAUL rate
_ to be $.20 per 90 pound weight box if hauled within thirty (30)
miles of-the Ft. Pierce plant, and the HAUI. rate to be $.30 per
~ 90 pound weight box if hauled more than thirty (30) miles from
the Ft. Pierce plant. In the event that the Ft. Pierce plant
shuts doom before the harvest of the fruit iR completed, these
~ local rates will apply to fruit transported to Bradenton, Florida.
