TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above named plaintiff against the above-named defendants on the
o?;,5~ day of September, 1979, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St.- Lucie County, Florida, to wit: _
Commencing at the point of intersection of the Easterly
right of way_line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company
right of way with the Southerly line of the South 200
feet of the North 380 feet of that part of Section 4,
Township 37 South, Range 41 East, as described in deed
filed for record in Deed Book 149, page ?3, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence run Northerly along
said Easterly right-of way line of Florida East Coast
Railway a distance of 101.89 feet to the Point or Place
of Beginning; (1) Thence continue to run Northerly along
-said Easterly right of way line of Florida East Coast
Railway Company to the point of intersection of said
Easterly right of way line with the-Northerly line of said
South 200 feet of the North 380 feet described in Deed
Book 149, page 73, St. Lucie County; (2) Thence run
Easterly along said Northerly line to the Point or
Place of intersection between said Northerly line and the
Westerly line of-the property conveyed on June 23, 1969,
