The Defendant, HENRY M. JERNIGAN, as_TRUSTEE, by and
through his undersigned attorney, hereby moves the Court, pursuant
to the provisions of F. S. 74.071, for an Order directing that _
the sum of money set forth in the Declaration of Taking filed
herein for Parcel No. 3, in the-amount of $232.50, be forthwith
paid to this Defendant from the money deposited in the Registry
~ of the Court, by the Plaintiff, FORT FIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY,

THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard or: the Motion
for Payment of Money Deposited into the Registry-of the Court filed
herein by the Defendant, HENRY M. JERNIGAN, as TRUSTEE, and the
Court having noted the contents of the Motion and the statutory autho- -
rity cited therein, and being fully advised in the premises, i~ is
-ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
forthwith pay unto the Defendant, HENRY M. JERNIGAN, as TRLTSTEE, the
