KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Assotiation of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain rinortgage given by
STANLEY W. BREDEMEYER and NANCY R. BREDEMEYER, his wife
dated March 8, 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t: LUCie County, Florida, in 0, R. Book 283 on page
1306 ,securing the payment of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100----------
- ---------------------------dollars (S 20,800.00 )
covering property in the County of St. LUCIe Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of-the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
