This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the Rule to Show
Cause issued July 12, 1978, ,and the Order on Contempt issued
August 16, 1978 and the Guardian having failed to appear, and no
attorney having appeared on _their behalf, and it appearing to the
Court that the said ALFRED FOXX and MARY FOXX FLOWERS as
