ti I, FRANK M. SCHWARZMEIER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, being of
sound mind and memory, do hereby revoke any and all Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me, and do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last i~Vill and Testament. ~ - _

I.
I direct that_all my just debts, funeral expenses and costs of
administration be paid out of the principal of my estate.
II.
I give, devise and bequeath to my son, DONALD F. SCHWARZMEIER, all
my furniture, jewelry and personal-effects which may be owned by me at the
time of my death, to be his absolutely and forever. In the event my son
predeceases me, then, and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath these
personal effects to my grandsons, DONALD SCHWAR7,I~IER and DAVID
SCHWAR7MEIER, in equal shares, to be theirs absolutely and forever. -

All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I direct my
personal representative-tb divide into two (2) equal parts, and to dispose
of the same as follows: -
TRUST FOR GRANDSONS: I give one of such equal parts to my Trustee,
in trust, for the following uses and purposes; to take control and
m?nagement thereof and to invest and reinvest the principal and keep the
same invested, and to receive the income therefrom, and after paying the
reasonable and proper expenses of the Trust, to pay-the income therefrom
to my grand~On, DONALD SCHWARZMEIER until he shall attain the age of
thirty (30) years, and thereupon to pay over the principal to him, as it .
shall then exist. L~ the avent that my grandson dies bet-ore attaining
the age of thirty (30) years, or if he shall not survive me, then, and
in either event, I direct my Trustee to pay the income to the issue of
