I direct that all legacies and devises and all shares and interests-
in my estate, whether principal or income, while in the hands of my
Personal Representative or Trustee, shall not be anticipated, alienated,
or in any other manner. assigned or transferred by the legatee, devisees,
or beneficiary, and such interest shall be for the sole and separate use
- of the legatees, devisees, and beneficiaries, and shall be free and exempt
from anticipation, execution,, assignment, pledge, attachment, distress for
rent, and other legal or equitable process which may be instituted by and
on behalf of any creditor or assignee of such legatee, devisee, or bene-
f iciary, or. his or her spouse.
VI.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, DONALD F. SCHWARZMEIER,
as Personal Representative and Trustee without bond of this, my Last Will
and Testament. If, for any reason, my said son is unable or unwilling to
act in such capacity, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoin
my daughter, JEANNE MARIE THORNTON, as alternate or successor Personal
Representative and Trustee without bond of this my Last Will and Testament

I hereby authorize and empower my personal representative hereinabove
named, if and whenever, in the settlement of my estate, he deems it _
advisable, at his discretion, to sell the whole or any part of my_praperty
real, personal or mixed, at public or private sale, and to execute and
deliver all deeds, instruments of transfer and other writings necessary
to pass the proper title thereto.- This power of sale shall be_deemed
discretionary and not mandatory.
