including any life insurance -payable to my Estate, I give, devise
and bequeath to my wife, $VA GENEVA HARDWICK, to be hers absolutely.
- TA`RiDs In-the event that my said wife shall predecease me,
or shall die within 30 clays of my death, I give, devise and bequeath
the rest, residue-and remainder of my property, including any life
-insurance payable .to my Estate to my children, SYLVIA ELOI38 MART,
LSWI3 EDWARD HARDWICK, NANCY LUOISB OST88N, CARIYD3N ALSTA AIIGGINS,
8VA viR+GINIA HARDWICK and OTHA SDI~JLID HARDWICK, share and share alike,
per stirpes. In the event any of my said children shall be indebted
to me at the time of my death, such indebtedness-shall be deducted from ~
said ch11d's share, before distribution. in the event-I owe any debts
to any of my Said children at the time of my death, said indebtedness
shall be paid to said child before distribution.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,

specifically grant-unto her full powers as such 8xecutrix to administer
