The petitioners, JOSEPH FRANK JONES and RICHARD ALLEN JONES,
allege: - _
1. Petitioners-have an interest in the above estate as
co-personal representatives and as devisees. Petitioners' name
-and address are:- JOSEPH FRANK JONES, 503 Ulrich-Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450; and RICHARD ALLEN JONES, 3200 South 7th Streat,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; and the name and address of peti-
tioners' attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition. -
2. .Decedent, GENEVA TURNER, whose last known address
was 1000 Charlotta Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if known,
whose age was 64 and whose social security number is 409-03-4790 -
died on May 1, 1979 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie_County, -
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent
and the ages of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
deceased was a resident of and died within Saint Lucie County,
Florida.

of decedent's estate are entitled to pre€erenee in appointment
