are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in
the Lobby of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in
fort Pierce Florida at 11:00 o`clock A.M. on the 15th day
of October 19 79, the following described property
as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 33
South, Range 40 East, lying South of Okeechobee Road, described as follows:
Start at the intersection of the West--right of way line of McNeil Road and
the South right of way line of_Okeechobee Road, thence go Southwesterly
along the. said South right of way line of Okeechobee Road a distance•of
742.69 feet to the point of beginning; thence go Southwesterly a distance
~ of 120 feet along the South right of way line of Okeechobee Road, thence
go South on a line parallel with the West boundary line of_the S$ 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of-said Section 19 to the South boundary of the NW 1/4 of said
Section 19; thence go Easterly along said South boundary line of said~NW
1/4 of Section 19 to a point that is 410.99 feet from the West right of
way line of McNeil Road (66' R/W); thence go Northwesterly to the point -

Together with alI structures and improvements now and hereafter on said -
land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, issues, proceeds and
profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which are
included within the foregoing description and the habendum thereof; also
all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating, cooking, refrigerating,
lighting, plumbing, ventilating,. irrigating, and power systems machines, -
appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances, w)iich now are or nay hereafter
pertain to, or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they be
