RESOLUTION t;O. 79-85
" WHBREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
Caunky, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 69-1546, Laws of
Florida, +969, filed liens against JOHN E. STENNER on the following
described property, to-wit: -
Block 3, Lot 4. - _ -
Sunland Gardens
as-follows: -

1974 $3.00 243 - 1989-1995 -
1975 3.00 261 1086-1092
and
WHEREAS, said liens have teen paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE,-BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
-this 18th day of September, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said liens and directs the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County to cancel the same of record.
