- BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared

CLARA MC AVOY, who, after being duly sworn on oath, deposes _
and says: -
l. That she is the surviving spouse of IGNATIUS JOSEPH
MC AVOY, a/k/a JOSEPH MC AVOY and a/k/a I. JOSEPH MC AVOY, who
died on April 21, 1979, as shown by a certified copy of death
certificate attached hereto and made a-part hereof.
2. That she and the said IGNATIUS JOSEPH MC AVOY,
were the grantees in that certain warranty deed dated-October 13,
1952, recorded in Official Records Book 176 at page 597, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the
following described property was conveyed:
Lot 18, in Block G, as shown on the Plat of
HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, said Plat having been
recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 38, in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ft.
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida; and
That she and the said IGNATIUS JOSEPH MC AVOY
were the grantees in that certain warranty deed dated February
25, 1965, recorded in Official Records Book 4505 at Page 434, _ -
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, wherein the
following described property was conveyed:
Apartment No. 101 of LIDO BAY MArIOR CONDOMINIUM, _
a condominium existing on Lot 3, LIDO BAY, a
Subdivision located in Dade County, Florida,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 75, at-Page 81, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, as established in that
certain Amended Declaration of Condominium of
LIDO BAY MANOR, a condominium, dated September-26,
1963, and recorded in the Public Records of Dade
_County, Florida, under Clerk's~Registry No. 63R-157332,
and according the the Condominium Deed dated September
27, 1963, and reocrded among the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, under Clerk's Registry
No. 63R-157333, together with all of the appurtenances
thereto, and
That she and the said IGNATIUS JOSEPH MC AVOY were the i

grantees in that certain warranty deed dated January 15, 1973,
recorded in Official Records Book 410, at Page 527, of the
Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, wherein the
following described property was conveyed:
