BEFORE MS, a Notary Public, this date personally appeared WILLIAM
A. BRUNKHORST, JR., to me well known, who being by me first duly sworn,
deposes and says as follows:~ _
1. That I am the surviving son of William Brunkhorst, also known
as Bill Brunkhorst and_Edna Brunkhorst, also known as Edna C. Brunkhorst.
- 2. That my said mother and father acquired, as an estate by the
entireties, the following described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: -
Lots 30 and 31, Block 1369, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 14,
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Page 5 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. That my said mother and father were lawfully married to each
other prior to the acquisition of title of aforesaid, that they remained
married to each other, without an intervening divorce, up to the demise of
my said father.
4. That William Brunkhorst, also known as Bill Brunkhorat died
on the 27th day of gpril, 1975, at Alexien Brother's Hospital, St. Louis,
State of Missouri; and Edna Brunkhorst, also known as Fdna C. Brunkhorst,
died on the 17th day of October, 1978, at 5312 Walsh Avenue, St. Louis,
Missouri. ~ - _ i
S. At the time of their deaths, my said mother and father were
residents of the State of Missouri, City of St. Louis.
6. That a copy of their death certificates are attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
