14. at any tine prior to-the time wh::n the Note shall be _

order, or directive from or by any governmental agency having

related facilities shall be prohibited, or whereby building _
activities are substantially impeded by reason of allocations,
priorities, or other regulations.respectinq the use of building.

of-each unpaid installment of principal on -the Note shall be -
extended for the same period of time which shall elapse between
the date of such law, rule, order,. or directive and the-date when
construction of a regional shopping mall~and related facilities
without restriction or regulation may be resumed, provided that
such extension shall in no event exceed two years. Notwithstanding
the foregoing,-all interest payments under the Note shall continue
to be due and payable during any_such period in accordance with -
its terms. -
