Z4.~c Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions hereof, Mortgagee agrees
not to accelerate the time of .payment of the sum secured hereby without first
giving notice thereof to James W. Wilson; Jr., P.O. Box 4480, Montgomery,
Alabama 36101 and Melvin p. Sembler, 6539 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg,
Florida 33710. Such notice shall be in writing and shall be sent by certi-
fied mail, postage prepaid, addressed as aforesaid. Such addressees shall
have fifteen days. from the date of the mailing of such notices to_cure any
default or defaults that may permit Mortgagee to accelerate the time of
payment of the sum secured. Either party may change his address by giving
notice_to Mortgagee in the same manner as-the aforesaid notice is required
to be given. _
