ises hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT-
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one ddlar and other good and valuable consideration

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC. -
_their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:
Apartment No. 110 of OCEANRISE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according
to the Declaration n of Condominium recorded i-n Official Records Book 313,
at pages 2307 thru 2351, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and as amended in Official Records Book-315,. pages 1853 through _1866.
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaratitin~and
' subject to-all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.
